Prepare the Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box, ensuring you include the authenticity certificate and all original packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of approval.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
