We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Nova's Jewellery items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
